Keep in mind if U try to listen to any of these Meditation videos on Ur phone just know that the phone! Well it kinda shuts down so the video stops
as some Utube videos myb a couple hrs long! So the way I get around that is I listen/watch them on Utube on my SmartTV (or use on Apple TV if U have it)! But if U dont have a Smart TV (I was fortunate to get one for Xmas cuz guess my fam loves me....) or if U dont want to see the video portion but just want to listen to the audio portion!

So if U just want to listen to only the audio portion of any U tube video & not see the video portion! Then on a COMPUTER (NOT on a phone or
tablet/ipad cuz they are not strong enuf to do it)! Open the following URL/Link & copy n paste the URL/Link name of the Utube video in & Select
the Format to MP3 to extract the audio portion Only! The audio MP3 portion will be the file Ur phone will play so U dont have to watch the video to listen to the audio! The downside is the extracted MP3 file can be large so U must have enuf space to store it! The upside is U can listen to the MP3 audio on Ur phone/tablet/copmuter like a song as U dont need the internet! But some of the Utube videos are just awesome videos to watch!

Btw I do this if I want to listen to a song on my phone! I find it on Utube & extract the audio portion to my phone, tablet or computer!
I wud have extracted the audio & sent it to U like a music file however there's a limited size I can attach & send via email! (as doubt U'd use
internet storage sites cuz I hardly do lol) So U have to do it Urself or I cud do it for U myb?? (if Ur technically challenged) as cud myb put it on a
memory card & send it to U! (tho right now fat chance of that happening lol) Cuz currently my computer is being repaired (which sucks as cant even do any kind of work) plus havent used my older Mac Book for a couple years! (luckily still a bit of an IT geek who mostly uses his phone & tablet Lol) But if I cud put it on a card U'd still have to add the card to Ur phone! Lol So heck I just need to find a computer to borrow cuz wud love to help U to Chill listening to these videos!!
