Native American wisdom and spirituality. - When you are blessed with wisdom that is spoken to your heart from the unseen than it is your spiritual calling to share it to all who will receive it. Some will not like it and will not understand that you are just the vessel to this ancient knowledge and enlightenment that is given to you. We do not force our will or beliefs on others because we are not speaking from our ego that is the illusionary self, but we are speaking on behalf of who is greater than ourselves. A great spiritual teacher does not use negative energy to teach, nor does he keep his enlightenment to only a particular group of people but will share it to whomever will honor and respect it. The only thing great teachers can take credit for is clearing themselves within from their ego, so they can be a open vessel to the greater powers in the unseen world. These teachers could never share great wisdom if they only relied on themselves (ego) to receive their wisdom because it would not happen and they would have to rehash old knowledge from other teachers to teach. Some can attack us for our teachings but it is not us they are attacking but the power that is greater than ourselves. Ekosi.🌎💧🔥🌀💕

But dam cudnt attend the Orientation for new volunteers! So ended my opportunity to volunteer at a Japanese event! As feel myb the Japanese community is too polite & nice to put up with an outspoken idiot like me! Like the kind Volunteer Coordinator who had to communicate with an idiot like me! The positive out of all this is now have a free Labor Day weekend to chill as may take a trip out of town!
But decided not to but myb hope to take a day off in Sept during the week instead! Insha'allah So decided to attend the festival to find out why needed to attend orientation!
As found out yeah was glad didnt volunteer at the Nikkei Matsuri festival! Cuz found it just soooo crowded in such a small festuval space!! Heck as a visitor was kinda getting claustrophobia cuz cudnt move with all da old peep & rug rats as didnt want to trip over! So glad didnt have to volunteer there for a few hrs!
Heck eating is myb best part of this & other Japanese festivals yum! But unfort didnt get to try some of da food cuz line ups too long! But did muscle in & with a bit of patience got to eat inari sushi & munju inside! Then outside got to eat an old fave - a JapaDog (tho not real Japanese food as mainly just a Van specialty)! http://www.japadog.com
Heck guess wont prob be rushing to volunteer there next year either as dislike crowds! Tho da best part of the festival was enjoying the myb 30 blk bike ride one way even if was on da busy (many double parked cars shopping) on what I refer to as da Ho Chi Minh Trail (aka Kingsway east of where I live) part of da way there! Cuz fest was almost in New Westminister! So decided to bike a chiller way back on side streets as stopped for a well deserved doobie(s)! Lol
Tho guess did enjoy the crowded festival but thx God didnt volunteer! Lol
