Time to set my Poetry writing aside for a while! As wanna concentrate on something that worries & keeps me up at night! 'Climate Change, Global Warming, Environmental & Animal Issues' Plus some previous Issues!

It sure the Hell isn't Politics! Tho çan't avoid it as always in the News during this crazy Pandemic!

As we're having our idiot Political thinking asshole of a Premier in BC calling a ridiculous Election  in the middle of a Global Pandemic! Hell hope his party loses as Karma! Anyway not interested in the result!

Also so fucking tired of hearing about the Shit Show going in the wild Meth Lab below us for the past few years! They're also having a planned Presidential Election in a month!

Wild as it is read a crazy article from the ridiculous Presidential Debate/Argument the other night, which liked!

As use this term all the time bcuz lived & worked in Middle East for a few years! As not an Arab, Muslim or religious but heard it all the time so just like using it!

Biden’s ‘inshallah’ during US debate dubbed ‘historic’ on Twitter

 https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/9/30/twitter-users-react-to-bidens-inshallah-remark-in-us-debate

Shit like this makes me mad & sad cuz of the way Indigeneous people have been treated for years all over the World!!

I feel we should honour Indigenous veterans today Nov 8

This pisses me off as this affects millions of Americans who are really having a hard time financially!

Then Trump kills this stimulus talks, as tweets no deal until 'after I win' election!  (Covid Relief Bill)

Hey I'm not a real fist pumping Patriot singing O' Canada! But in the past few years the more idiotic Bull Shit! I hear coming out of that Shit Show in the crazy wild west Bizzarro World Meth Lab below us!

The happier I am to be a peaceful apologetic chilled weed smoking Canadian trapped in our frozen Covid Bubble / Igloo! As let's keep that border closed for like years not months! Maybe not so much to keep the Covid from spreading in from the Meth Lab below us!!

But something worse, to keep the gun toting white  Supremacist Racist Idiots! Who are penned in their Insane Asylum from getting loose & maybe contaminating us too! 🙏

What the fuck was I thinking?? As at one time while working in the USI 👎 Hell stupid me, I was about to apply for my Green Card!  👹☠ But came to my senses thank God, as happier in the frozen North!

Hell hate to hear about anyone contacting this dangerous Covid-19 Virus! As much as not a fan at all of him cuz he only cares about himself and he is supposedly the leader of their country!

But hope this will bring the Idiot to his senses and realize this Virus is for real! So hopefully tells his Low Life followers to get serious and wear a Mask & Sociial Distance! To hopefully try & get this wild spreading Covid shit in the US under some kind of control! Insha'allah As the country is an embarassment in the World!

Here's the story read on CNN saying Trump & Melania have contacted Covid-19!

https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/01/politics/hope-hicks-positive-coronavirus/index.html

Think this is many people's feeling after surviving all the lengthy Nov 3 - 7 2020 & ongoing embarassing shit! To all his supporters too bad, tho not sad as most people are so fucking sick of hearing this loud mouth self centered intimidating bigot! Who's a fucking disgrace to his office as most were also getting sick of his country! As know I hope we dont have to hear his sickening voice as much or at all! Insha'allah

So this sketch best describes our feeling! Amen

Hell this Covid-19 Pandemic sucks as cant travel so guess end up often reminiscing about past trips while isolating alone! As hell b4 if had the money would find the time & just went! Now plan a time to go on a Road Trip as don't really own a vehicle that insure to drive (as try help save the environment) ! Tho miss Road Trips & Camping especially in BC & Canada but have gone twice during this Pandemic! But doubt will be taking a flight to travel for a while!

But really liked my last pre Pandemic trip to Namibia at the start of this crazy year! Tho myb next time I go there!! Insha'allah I'll hook up with someone to share costs to myb rent a 4X4 (to see more isolated places as was kinda asked by someone) Instead of being so fucking tight & always relying on public transportation!

As thought of this after hearing & reading this article to bring back cool memories!

How Namibia came to have its name

Namibia where desert meets the ocean

Yvonne a South African female singer who is often found singing in Namibia!

Yvonne Chaka Chaka has made Namibia her home... - City of Windhoek

Then reached further back in my memories when read the following! Armenia and Azerbaijan fight over disputed Nagorno-Karabakh

As had waundered into Nagorno-Karabakh & Armenia when times were peaceful & cool!

Tho never made it to Azerbaijan as needed a Visa & didnt want to wait for one! Anyway rumor had it that couldnt go to Azerbaijan if been to Nagorno-Karabakh! (similar to back in the day when cudnt go to an Arab country if U had an Israei stamp in your passport, so people got it stamped on a piece of paper & stapled it in their passport not stamped in their passport)

As guess been lucky in my travels as made it to Syria b4 the long ongoing Civil War & shit happening there,! Then also got to Mali to check out Timbuckoo B4 Terrorist group like Al Qaeda & others started trouble there! As was lucky to check out the Kurdish & Yazidi peep in Kurdishstan Iraq after the Iraqi War!

Tracking Missed Yazidis Increasingly Harder Six Years After IS Genocide

https://www.voanews.com/middle-east/tracking-missed-yazidis-increasingly-harder-six-years-after-genocide

Also travelled thru villages on the coast of Darien Gap to go from Panama to Columbia as could! But never did make it to Iran & Brazil as was hard for me / at that time had to wait & didnt want to to get a Visa! (now heard can get a VOA at least to Brazil as wish could in 2018 when was in Argentina ! But Iran is still a time consuming process for a Visa! Never made it to China (tho had a visa once, guess like had ticket to go to Madagascar, Mauritius and Reunion Island as even had free stay in Reunion Island but ran into a cool person in South Africa & bailed, but boy last fucking time will be that supid, also had ticket Burning Man but couldnt get organized so bailed on going & sold that precious ticket) & never had a desire to go to Russia!

Though one area want to check out b4 I pack in my adventure traveling! Hell really want to check out Mongolia & couple of the 'Stan countries in Central Asia! Insha'allah

Mongolia

A nation bordered by China and Russia, is known for vast, rugged expanses and nomadic culture. Its capital, Ulaanbaatar, centers around Chinggis Khaan (Genghis Khan) Square, named for the notorious founder of the 13th- and 14th-century Mongol Empire. Also in Ulaanbaatar are the National Museum of Mongolia, displaying historic and ethnographic artifacts, and the restored 1830 Gandantegchinlen Monastery.

As stated I'm very concerned with Climate Change, Global Warming, the Environment & Wildlife!

As love the outdoors, especially in the North Shore of Vancouver! So spend a lot of time in the mountains, forests & rivers there!

As lived there for many years so spent a lot of time hiking, running & walking there!

So it really struck home personally when heard of the following accident!

http://globalnews.ca/video/7373331/video-shows-fast-moving-water-of-north-vancouvers-cleveland-dam

My son used to also fish along this river too! While I've walked along it even just recently!

Hell since tomorrow is Rememberance Day in Canada!

When read the following link I couldn't believe how stiff & bitter the Engish Royal Family is about Harry after reading

Hey I remember how my son kinda tried to explain about serving in the Military to me!

So think I kinda understood tho I never had the balls or discipline to take orders & serve in the Military!

So he made me realize a person has to have served in the Military to really understand the real bond of brotherhood!

Its formed from the training & dangers they face together over a few years!

So when they put their Ass on the Line its NOT for their country, flag & all that patriotic bullshit the USA spreads!

They risk danger and all kinds of shit for their Brothers & Sisters as together they are proud to be representing their country!

The Military is kinda like when a person plays on a sports team! U play for your team mates as U all put in so much blood sweat & tears/pain together all season!

As great Team Players play hard Not to let their Mates down! Tho Hell the results of losing isn't as dangerous in sports as in the Military!

But the achievements in the Military & Sports are the same!

Pride of Accomplishment that it was so worth all the scarifice of Blood Sweat & Tears together all season or during a battle/skirmish!

Yeah so I kinda figure by asking his stiff upper lip family to lay a wreath Harry was asking since he can't be in the UK!

If they could assist him by celebrating the time & effort & accomplishments the Military Botherhood he was a member of achieved together!

Tho maybe not done as a formal rigid gesture that happens but because of the sweat blood & tears they went thru together!

But WTF do I know as said never had the balls or discipline to be in the Military & didn't have the skills to advance too far in Sports!

As I guess was more of a Don't Give a Fuck Partying Stoner!

Btw my son probably didn't exactly say the things like I said about the Military! Bcuz wtf was a while ago & think we may have been chilling smoking some weed! But hopefully U get the idea! Sorry so long as not smoking but got to remembering an awesome carefree times with him!

Then I received this email on Nov 11 which I'm finally able to share but unfortunately couldn't share with certain members of my family as its too moving for them!

I thought this was an appropriate email for Nov. 11th.

EVERYONE needs to read this, over and over, even if you have received it before. Those in the military that lose their lives, for you, deserve our respect, and gratitude.

My lead flight attendant came to me and said, "We have an H.R. on this flight." (H.R. stands for human remains.)

"Are they military?" I asked.

'Yes', she said.

'Is there an escort?' I asked.

'Yes, I've already assigned him a seat'.

'Would you please tell him to come to the Flight Deck. You can board him early," I said...

A short while later a young army sergeant entered the flight deck. He was the image of the perfectly dressed soldier. He introduced himself and I asked him about his soldier.

The escorts of these fallen soldiers talk about them as if they are still alive and still with us. 'My soldier is on his way back home' he said. He proceeded to answer my questions, but offered no words.

I asked him if there was anything, I could do for him and he said no. I told him that he had the toughest job in the military, and that I appreciated the work that he does for the families of our fallen soldiers. The first officer and I got up out of our seats to shake his hand. He left the Flight Deck to find his seat.

We completed our pre-flight checks, pushed back and performed an uneventful departure. About 30 minutes into our flight, I received a call from the lead flight attendant in the cabin.

'I just found out the family of the soldier we are carrying, is also on board', she said. She then proceeded to tell me that the father, mother, wife and 2-year-old daughter was escorting their son, husband, and father home. The family was upset because they were unable to see the container that the soldier was in before we left.

We were on our way to a major hub at which the family was going to wait four hours for the connecting flight home. The father of the soldier told the flight attendant that knowing his son was below him in the cargo compartment and being unable to see him was too much for him and the family to bear. He had asked the flight attendant if there was anything that could be done to allow them to see him upon our arrival. The family wanted to be outside by the cargo door to watch the soldier being taken off the airplane.

I could hear the desperation in the flight attendants voice when she asked me if there was anything I could do. 'I'm on it', I said. I told her that I would get back to her.

Airborne communication with my company normally occurs in the form of e-mail like messages. I decided to bypass this system and contact my flight dispatcher directly on a secondary radio. There is a radio operator in the operations control center who connects you to the telephone of the dispatcher. I was in direct contact with the dispatcher. I explained the situation I had on board with the family and what it was the family wanted. He said he understood and that he would get back to me.

Two hours went by and I had not heard from the dispatcher. We were going to get busy soon and I needed to know what to tell the family. I sent a text message asking for an update. I saved the return message from the dispatcher and the following is the text:

'Captain, sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. There is policy on this now, and I had to check on a few things. Upon your arrival a dedicated escort team will meet the aircraft. The team will escort the family to the ramp and plane side. A van will be used to load the remains with a secondary van for the family.

The family will be taken to their departure area and escorted into the terminal, where the remains can be seen on the ramp. It is a private area for the family only. When the connecting aircraft arrives, the family will be escorted onto the ramp and plane side to watch the remains being loaded for the final leg home.

Captain, most of us here in flight control are veterans. Please pass our condolences on to the family. Thanks.

I sent a message back, telling flight control thanks for a good job. I printed out the message and gave it to the lead flight attendant to pass on to the father. The lead flight attendant was very thankful and told me, 'You have no idea how much this will mean to them.'

Things started getting busy for the descent, approach and landing. After landing, we cleared the runway and taxied to the ramp area. The ramp is huge with 15 gates on either side of the alleyway. It is always a busy area with aircraft maneuvering every which way to enter and exit. When we entered the ramp and checked in with the ramp controller, we were told that all traffic was being held for us.

'There is a team in place to meet the aircraft', we were told. It looked like it was all coming together, then I realized that once we turned the seat belt sign off, everyone would stand up at once and delay the family from getting off the airplane. As we approached our gate, I asked the co-pilots to tell the ramp controller, we were going to stop short of the gate to make an announcement to the passengers. He did that and the ramp controller said, 'Take your time.'

I stopped the aircraft and set the parking brake. I pushed the public address button and said: 'Ladies and gentleman, this is your Captain speaking: I have stopped short of our gate to make a special announcement. We have a passenger on board who deserves our honor and respect. His Name is Private XXXXXX, a soldier who recently lost his life. Private XXXXXX is under your feet in the cargo hold. Escorting him today is Army Sergeant XXXXXXX. Also, on board are his father, mother, wife, and daughter. Your entire flight crew is asking for all passengers to remain in their seats to allow the family to exit the aircraft first. Thank you.'

We continued the turn to the gate, came to a stop and started our shutdown procedures. A couple of minutes later I opened the cockpit door. I found the two forward flight attendants crying, something you just do not see. I was told that after we came to a stop, every passenger on the aircraft stayed in their seats, waiting for the family to exit the aircraft.

When the family got up and gathered their things, a passenger slowly started to clap his hands. Moments later, more passengers joined in and soon the entire aircraft was clapping. Words of 'God Bless You', I'm sorry, thank you, be proud, and other kind words were uttered to the family as they made their way down the aisle and out of the airplane. They were escorted down to the ramp to finally be with their loved one.

Many of the passengers disembarking thanked me for the announcement I had made. They were just words, I told them, I could say them over and over again, but nothing I say will bring back that brave soldier.

I respectfully ask that all of you reflect on this event and the sacrifices that millions of our men and women have made to ensure our freedom and safety in these UNITED STATES OF AMERICA & CANADA.

Foot note:
I know everyone who reads this will have tears in their eyes, including me. Prayer chain for our Military... Don't break it! Please send this on after a short prayer for our service men and women.
Don't break it!

They die for me and mine and you and yours and deserve our honor and respect.

Prayer Request:

When you receive this, please stop for a moment and say a prayer for our troops around the world... There is nothing attached. Just send this to people in your address book. Do not let it stop with you. Of all the gifts you could give a Marine, Soldier, Sailor, Airman, and others deployed in harm's way, prayer is the very best one.

GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Thank you all who have served, or are serving. We Will not forget!!!!

P.S. Every time I receive this message, I pass it along! It is so heartwarming!

Shared this with someone if he heard stories (in his short business visit to Kenya this past weekend) of this Fig Tree that was saved!

Dont feel Im a true Tree Hugger myself (tho myb a small bit cause love them lol like all British Columbians) But admit do worry big time about Climate Change!

As Trees through a process called photosynthesis, leaves pull in carbon dioxide and water and use the energy of the sun to convert this into chemical compounds such as sugars that feed the tree. But as a by-product of that chemical reaction oxygen is produced and released by the tree!

Hell to me a single Fig Tree is just a symbol of combating Climate Change!

So am proud Proud of the Kenyans who protested which forced Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta to issue a decree to save a much-loved century-old fig tree from being cut down to make way for a Chinese-funded highway in the capital Nairobi. The presidential decree described the tree, the height of a four-story building, as a “beacon of Kenya's cultural and ecological heritage.”

http://globalnews.ca/news/7462881/kenya-president-fig-tree/

My friend told me

"I saw the highway the Chinese are building - straight through the city..."

So I told my Friend

"Guess they're now going to detour it around the Fig Tree!"

Heck a couple years ago a dispute over a Fig Tree also happened here in my own City too!
